The battle has been long and winding (pun, of course, intended). On one side there was Apple Inc., who felt Apple Computers had every right to use an apple as their logo. And on the other side was Apple Corps who felt, in the past, Apple Computers having an apple as their logo was fine as long as they didn't venture into music publishing. Years later iTunes was born, as was a lawsuit; Apple Corps saying Apple Inc. no longer had the right to use an apple as their logo. And around and around it went.
